Bottling the Pale Ale

Today is a pretty hot day, so perfect weather for indoors beer bottling :). The Pale Ale has been in the vat for nearly two weeks, so I think it is time to get it into the bottles. I decided to leave it in there an extra week on the advice of a couple gurus on the Coopers forum. Patience is a virtue when it comes to home brewing.
