Mexican Cerveza is almost ready to bottle!

I’m now 6 days into the Cerveza brew and as far as I can tell, the brew is going well. I took the SG reading today and it came out at 10. Don’t think there is a benefit in leaving it in the fermenter for much longer as it is a lighter beer. I suspect the SG reading tomorrow will be the same. Most likely it is bottling time. My wife has kindly made me a new label for the Cerveza. I call it “Gulp of Mexico”. The pun is on the “Gulf of Mexico”. Can’t wait to try it with a piece of lemon!
